for flame and flash protection. Lean short-cuff design ideal for
tactical ops. Dual-layer palm features WRX and Armortan® treated
premium goatskin leather from the world famous Pittards™ Tannery in
England. The WRX treatment instills excellent water repellency keeping
them supple after repeated exposure to water and perspiration. The
Armortan® process encases the leather fibers in ceramic for 25% greater
more resistance than similar untreated leathers. The elasticized wrist
ensures a secure fit and keeps out foreign objects. Over-wrap fingertip
design keeps the seam away from the fingertips for maximum tactility and
durability, preventing fingertip "blowouts". Strategically
placed pads protect the knuckles and fingers. Leather cradle
reinforcement prevents abrasion of the NOMEX® from weapon slides. Nylon
loop on wrist allows easy donning and attachment to carabiners.
