entire cutting surface of this blade is exposed when the safety cover is
drawn back. This is a big difference from other safety scalpels out
there. It's easy to operate and locks securely over the blade to protect
against accidental cuts or other possibilities. The blue polystyrene
handle is longer than others for a firmer grip. The plastic handle is
reinforced by the drawn-back cover to resist breakage. Most importantly,
this scalpel features the Havel's blade, not a low quality blade from
China like the other safety scalpels out there.
