kitchen cutlery. Kershaw's unique, co-polymer handle provides
incredible comfort. The double injection molded handle is a
combination of polypropylene and elastomer to provide a
"soft-yet-firm" grip. Blade steel is AUS6A high-carbon,
stainless steel for superior edge retention. The blade is thick and
rigid for strength and ease of cutting and it's honed to Kershaw's famous
"shaving sharp" edge. |

The soft-touch co-polymer handle
reduces hand fatigue and provides secure grip-even in wet
conditions. The handsome, black and white styling is clean and
