International Orders:
We require advance
payment on all international orders via (1) International Money Order or (2)
Wire Transfer. Oso Grande does not ship outside of the United
States unless the order has been paid in
advance. International Orders are shipped via Federal Express, DHL, UPS and USPS
and the costs vary depending on size, weight, value and location so it is
necessary that you call us for an exact cost. The customer is responsible for the
payment of all taxes and duties on any shipped
merchandise. |

Various Laws: Please note that it is your
responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession
of any item in the Oso Grande website and/or printed catalog. By placing an
order, you acknowledge that you are of legal age and that you have read our terms
& conditions! If any product or order is confiscated by local
authorities or customs, we will not replace it. |

Military
APO'S & Other Armed Forces Destinations
are Welcome at no additional cost. All shipments to APO and FPO addresses are
shipped via USPS Priority shipping which typically has a 5-10 day delivery time.
Shipment Tracking is not available. Overnight/Next Day (Express) is not
available to Armed Forces APO/FPO destinations. |

Standard
Shipping Policy: Most orders
are shipped the following business day from our receipt of your order.

Out Of Stock
Items: Items which are not in stock at time your order is placed are usually back in
stock within 48-72 hours. For more information please read "In Stock Product
and Backordered Product" under our terms and
conditions. |

Shipping Rate Estimates:
The above shipping rates are estimates, in most cases they are accurate
where the package is of standard size and three (3) pounds or less and
ships via UPS. Shipping for heavy, oversized,
and/or multiple boxes, especially when shipped by AIR, may be more than
the estimated amount. If the actual cost of a shipment
exceeds our base rate shipping charges, we will never charge you more
than the actual cost of shipping and insurance. Your invoice total
will be manually updated off line to reflect these changes. |

Hazardous Items: Because
flammable items must be sent via surface shipping, they may be
shipped separately from the rest of your order. |

Drop
Shipments: Drop Shipping orders are subject to a $6.00 handling
charge.

|
Delivery
Time: All orders are shipped from our Southern California
distribution center. The day an order ships does not count as a shipping
day. All shipping times are calculated in business days. Packages
are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

Billing
Policy: You will
not be billed until the item you ordered is secured from the supplier.
|
|
Warehouse
Processing Times: We strive to
process & ship orders by the next business day, if we expect any delays you
will be notified. |
Order Status & Shipment Tracking Information: When
you complete your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation, this will
also contain a link to our order tracking section of our website. When
your order is shipped you will be sent an email notification with your UPS
tracking number. |

Address
Corrections: As in all
shipments whether UPS or Post Office, always have a deliverable address
and make sure it is correct. By having a correct shipping address,
delivery will be easier and more expedient. In the event you
provide us with an incomplete or incorrect shipping address and UPS
makes an address correction, a $10 address correction fee will be
charged to your credit card account in addition to any applicable
shipping charges if the package is returned to us. |

Will
I have it in time for Christmas? This is a question we are
asked daily during the busy holiday season, here is a listing of cut-off dates for delivery in
time for Christmas day. Please note that UPS only
guarantees delivery times on Next Day Air & 2 Day Air.
All other times are approximate, so please make sure to select
the appropriate shipping method for that special gift item.

Thanksgiving 2008 Holiday Shipping
Information. Express
Orders received BEFORE 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, November 21st will ship out
on Wednesday, November 21st. Next Day orders will deliver on Friday,
November 23rd and 2nd Day orders will deliver on Monday, November 26th.
Express Orders received AFTER 9:45
a.m. Wednesday, November 21st will NOT ship until Monday, November 26th.
Next Day orders will deliver on Tuesday, November 27th and 2nd Day
orders will delivery on Wednesday, November 28th. Please note that UPS only
guarantees delivery times on Next Day Air & 2 Day Air.
All other times are approximate, so please make sure to select
the appropriate shipping method for that special gift item.
There are no Guaranteed Delivery Dates for
Priority Mail or 3-Day.
Our Shipping/Receiving and Customer

Fine Print:
* Free shipping via UPS Ground on orders over $150
of shippable product, excluding sales taxes. Package weight not
to exceed 3 lbs. Extra heavy, oversized packages,
and multiple packages are excluded and will
be charged the prevailing rate for UPS ground service. Available only for
shipments within the Continental U.S. to a single U.S. address.
Backordered items of less than $150 are not eligible for free
shipping.
Canceling items, combining orders,
or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect
your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
If you qualify for FREE Shipping but
your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged
shipping fees for those ineligible items.
** The
only exceptions to our shipping rates are for extra heavy and oversized packages
(Package weight not
to exceed 3 lbs.). We are unable
to ship certain oversize packages to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Oversize items
(such as spears, swords, axes, staff's etc.) are identified on the relevant web pages.
There is a shipping surcharge to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico using UPS 2nd
Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. There is a shipping surcharge for
large, heavy and oversized bulky items such as swords, spears and storage cases.
If an incorrect shipping address is given there will be an address
correction charge of $10.00.

Express Shipping Rates may vary based on weight, package size and final
destination. The listed rates are the minimum charge for a small one (1)
pound package. In the event
that the actual charge exceeds the listed minimum charge an additional charge
