The Razor Sharp
Edgemaking System wheels are compressed paper wheels that will fit on any
bench grinder. Gritted wheels are coated with Silicon Carbide and are used
to develop a burr or wire-edge. A grit wheel will sharpen a couple hundred
knives before it needs recoating. Slotted wheels are used to remove
burrs and polish the edge.
Wheels are
available in 4", 6", 8" or 10" diameters. For
added versatility, these wheels have been built to Oso Grande's
specifications to fit grinders with either a 1/2" or 5/8" arbor.
