Victorinox 41015 Coarse Replacement Stone 11.5 x 2.5 x .5 Inches. This Coarse Sharpening Stone (41015) is meant as a replacement for the Victorinox 12" 3-Way Honing System (41010). Coarse stones are ideal for badly damaged blades with extremely worn edges. They are the first stop in bringing damaged edges back to life. When using a sharpening stone one must always remember to apply oil or water to it first to ensure that the blade glides across the stone correctly. This sharpening stone comes with a lifetime warranty against any defects in material and workmanship.
