Victorinox Forschner 40192 Double Handled Cheese Knife, Rosewood Handles, 12 inch Straight Blade. The Victorinox 40192 Double Handle Cheese Knife brings power and efficiency to the palm of your hands. Equipped with dual carved rosewood handles that are comfortable and classy this 12 inch knife is an excellent way to section smaller wedges, cubes, or slices from a large block of cheese. Stamped construction provides a lighter, thinner blade, and with two handles you'll be able to put more force into your cut than you would with a one handled knife.
It has a rosewood handles, adding a touch of class to any culinary setting. As with all Victorinox knives, the handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provides a natural fit. Hand-washing of wooden handles is recommended.
The blade has an exceptionally keen, razor-sharp edge. The high carbon, stainless steel blade is hand finished by skilled craftsmen at Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process is used to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again. Each Victorinox knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.
