22BTS: Black Talon II Folder (Satin Serrated XHP Steel Blade)
Cold Steel Knives
The original Cold Steel Black Talon was a revolutionary knife in many ways. Handmade and limited edition, it featured a modified curved talon blade* made from Japanese San Mai steel, a sleek titanium frame with G10 scales and - for its time - a very strong locking mechanism.
Cold Steel fans have been clamoring for them to bring back this classic and iconic blade, and now we are proud to announce a redesigned knife that we have christened the Black Talon II!
A design collaboration between Cold Steel President Lynn C Thompson and custom knife-maker Andrew Demko, the Black Talon II is a modern masterpiece!
The Black Talon II folder boasts a sinuously curved, needle sharp blade with the distinctive down-swept point and pronounced belly of the original, but with high end American XHP super-steel and a redesigned tip for additional strength and durability.
The textured premium USA G10 scales offer maximum retention and grip even in cold or wet conditions while still being kind on your clothing when drawn from the pocket.
The contrast between the deep black of the scales and the exquisite rich satin polished blade further emphasize the flair and style of this good-looking and elegant folder.
Featuring the Cold Steel high performance Tri-Ad locking mechanism for added safety and strength, this thin, lightweight and eye-catching knife is sure to be the talking point of anyone's collection!

Five Stars!!! This is the sharpest knife I've ever owned. Perfect for my self-defense needs.
Love this knife. It is hair shaving sharp. Great self defense knife!
Anything & everything you get thru osograndeknives is a perfect deal. Very fast shipping. I've bought many things thru you & have no complaints at all.
For their size and strength, they are very light, flat, and super easy to conceal. And, these are super intimidating when opened. A great SD Folder. :)
Ferrocious and Awesome! I carry daily. I'd buy without any hesitation!
This knife is unreal the sharpness is out of the world everything about this knife is great there is nothing on the market today that will even come close.
Great blade design that triad lock is awesome overall great knife.
I have been Every Day Carrying this knife for the past few weeks, since I received it. Let me say, that I find this folder to be at the top of my list for being one of the easiest SD/U/EDC folders
I absolutely love this new folder from Cold Steel. I bought the Black Talon II with the serrations from www.osograndeknives.com and it's absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this knife to anyone that's looking for a great self-defense knife or needs a great emergency knife for Law Enforcement, Military, or Emergency Response Work. The shape of this blade is ideal for cutting through fibrous materials like seatbelts, rope, and clothes. And, with the Andrew Demko, Cold Steel, Tri-Ad Lock and Carpenter CTS-XHP Super Stainless Steel, you can't beat it; mine came sharper than any other knife I ever received from Cold Steel. Also, I love the new, thinner, American G-10 scale or handle pattern. It's not as aggressive as the prior G-10 handle patterns offered by Cold Steel and it conceals very nicely in my pants pocket. The new pattern makes it less rough on your pants pockets. But, it still has a really great feel and non-slip grip. This is one of the nicest knives that I have bought in a while. It's definitely going to be my new SD/U/EDC folder. In my opinion, it's a must have.
