Designed by award-winning Finnish knifemaker and Puukko authority Pekka Tuominen, the Lil' Nilakka is essentially a gentleman's folding Puukko. It translates the timeless form of the traditional Finnish Puukko into a pocket-friendly dress-up pocket knife. Its RWL 34 steel blade features a full-flat grind that tapers to a microbevel, making it nearly zero ground for incredible sharpness and edge geometry. Its handle is a combination of full stainless steel liners, a stainless backspacer, and white polished G10 scales and houses a sturdy liner lock mechanism. The subject of Spyderco's first Flash batch, the Lil Nilakka is a one-time exclusive production run that will be numbered in its entirety.

A Flash Batch is similar to a Sprint Run, but features a brand new design that has not been previously produced. Flash Batches are also unique, one-time-only expressions of a particular model, but are likely to be even more rare and collectible than Sprint Runs.
