Damaged Products, Defective Products & Product Warranties: All merchandise sold by Oso Grande is covered by various manufacturers' warranties against defective merchandise. Because of the large volume of merchandise shipped, it is not possible for Oso Grande to check individual items prior to shipping. As such, every item is assumed to have left the manufacturers' factory in new, undamaged condition. Merchandise sold by Oso Grande becomes subject to the specific manufacturers warranty and is not the responsibility of Oso Grande. Items that are damaged or defective are the responsibility of the product manufacturer and accordingly, all Warranty claims should be submitted directly to the product manufacturer.
Oso Grande was insanely fast with their customer service responses AND notified me that the shipping price was changing rather than just charging me. They gave me the option to decide how to handle it. No one does that anymore! And it was a person, not an automated system. Best. Ever.
