I used the ball chain it came with to make a belt loop. Threaded it through the holes in the sheath it came with and used my multi-tool to clip the chain short once I had it the way I wanted it. Works perfectly. The sheath is good quality Kydex type material and holds the blade securely. No need to buy another sheath.
This knife is so light I dont notice that I am even wearing it. The T shaped kraton handle makes grabbing and gripping it easy no matter how fast I am running or how sweaty my hands are. The blade is razor sharp and the knife has a quality fit and finish. I replaced the provided neck chain with a piece of para cord and now it is much more comfortable. I highly recommend.
I wear mine on my key ring and on my belt.no one ever knows or notices.
This push dagger is tough, inexpensive, and will protect your life. I highly recommend this knife and Cold Steel as their products are superb.
Great last ditch/defensive blade! The simplicity of this blade is perfect. The rubber grip feels great in my hand. The double edge blade is very natural to use in a defensive situation which is very important. Finally, the size allows this to be concealed very easily. I didn't prefer the neck sheath, so I ordered the optional Cold Steel small C-clip screw on attachment which enables me to carry the knife inside-the-waistband or outside the waistband on a belt or simply clipped to my pocket. I think its worth it to get the C-clip because it gives you multiple carry options.

After installing it on my sheath I can now wear it vertically and horizontally on my belt and it can be clipped to just about anything. The knife is light, and double-edged blade can handle threats in both direction! Highly recommend!

This push dagger is one of my favorites from cold steel it is not too big but it is not too small it comes very sharp right out the box good for stabbing and cutting the grip is super nice greasy or wet it will not slip out your hand and also it is cheapest on this site.
I'VE ALWAYS SAID NEVER TAKE A KNIFE TO A GUN FIGHT. BUT IT JUST MAKES GOOD SENSE TO TAKE A KNIFE TO A FIST FIGHT. AND THIS IS THE KNIFE TO TAKE. PERFECT SIZE AMPLE QUALITY STEEL. THE GRIP COULD BE JUST A BIT BIGGER. COLD STEEL MAKES GOOD STUFF.
Excellent, very sharp, well made, love the sheath just a perfect little helper if needed.
The knife feels well built like everything I have owned by Cold Steel. Mostly bought it for fun and as an emergency backup. The sheath is well built but lacks a clip or loop and retains the knife marginally. I will be making a slight modification to the sheath so that it better holds the blade. Otherwise a solid little knife.

This is a great push dagger that is excellent when other self defense options don't fit the situation. I wear it around my neck and it's easy to conceal, but also easy to pull from the secure sheath quickly. The blade is razor sharp. It's as good or better than push daggers I've paid 3 times the price for!

I love this knife. It is the perfect size for covert edc carry yet it definitely will inflict serious wounds to an attacker. I made a custom belt mount with paracord and it works great.
I really just use the product for concealed safety. And the knife itself comes super sharp, but I would have liked to have a belt loop on the sheath.
I like to travel light but pack a big punch if backed up against the wall. This knife enables me to do so. It is scary sharp and would do extreme damage should I have to use it to defend myself. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick.
I love this knife. I carry it everyday mainly for self-defense but I find myself using it so much for other cutting chores that I think I will get another one so that I have one for self-defense and one for usage. It is so handy, lightweight, sharp and easy to carry.
Great little knife!
I rely on knives as my primary means of self defense and this little knife is perfect for the job. It's lightweight, great for concealment, has an excellent grip, secure sheath and two hair shaving sharp edges all for a reasonable price. I like it so much I'll be buying more for my family and friends.

The knife is very well made and versatile. The knife is small enough, easy to carry and very sharp! I prefer it more than a folder. My only complaint is that I wish the sheath had a belt or boot clip.

During the winter I keep it in my front pocket on my jacket or hoodie. It's pretty small and only gets held in place by the index and middle finger but I can hold the thing in my hand in my pocket and no one is the wiser. It's more of a get off me knife than anything else but it would do that job very effectively and it's quick to deploy from the front pocket.

The other reviewer hit it perfect. 5 for the knife/1 for the sheath. I duct taped the knife in the sheath so it would stay there. This is not a "working Knife". It is thin and light and will not hold up to constant use, but will make a great surprise for someone who is annoying you.

This is a great little hide-out knife that can be concealed on multiple areas of your clothing or just worn as a neck knife. It is so light you'll forget you've got it until the need arises. Needless to say it has Cold Steel's famous razor sharp edges. Highly recommend.
Thanks Oso for the quick delivery. The knife is sharp nice quality. The handle has great texture providing a comfortable fit. The Sheath is very week. The knife when worn around the neck will fall out with limited activity. If your in a hand to hand combat be aware that when you need your knife it may not be there. Knife quality a 5 the sheath a 1 for its inability to hold the knife.
The Best Pal is a great knife! It is the perfect size for EDC but it is large enough to be a formidable self defense weapon. The The knife came free of defects and razor sharp! The kray-ex handle provides excellent grip and the blade is full tang. As always with Oso Grande I received the knife very quickly! 100% recommend this knife for a self defense/utility knife! At just about 20 bucks, what's holding you back?
Great dagger, arrived sharp, great sheath with multiple carry options! I gave one to my girlfriend who has been carrying an Urban Pal for years. She loves the Best Pal! I guess size really does matter!
Has an excellent grip. This little knife is the perfect little hide-out knife.
This knife is an excellent self defense knife. It's not too big or too small. It is very sharp. The sheath is easy to attach to something without being in the way. The only thing I wish it had was a clip on the sheath, so I could place it on my belt. I recommend these if you want a pocket size knife that is very capable but not overly intimidating. The handle is very comfortable. I highly recommend this knife and Oso Grande has the best price that I have found.
