BTRIPTIDE: Riptide Folding Karambit

The Blade-Tech Riptide Karambit folder features multiple blade deployment options including the tried and true Emerson wave shaped hook-like opener on the spine of the blade which catches on the edge of the pocket as the knife is drawn, and automatically and instantly deploys the blade upon withdrawal from the pocket, making it the fastest opener on the planet. Alternatively the knife may be opened by using either the thumb hole or the index finger flipper. Opening is super smooth with the IKBS pivot. Overall the knife feels solid in hand and the operation is flawless.

The Riptide has a very rare and unique double curved blade, where the second curve gives the user awesome ripping power. The hawkbill blade is made of AUS8 stainless steel. The handle has an open-build that easy to keep clean. Lockup is via a stainless steel liner lock frame and ambidextrous 4-position pocket clip.

This is a mean looking Karambit. I like the design.

I love this karambit, the wave opening feature is awesome. The handle is good if you have large hands.
