The late Jess Horn was a true pioneer of modern custom knifemaking. His meticulously crafted gentleman's folders were also directly responsible for inspiring Spyderco's founders to enter the knife business. Although Spyderco produced several Jess Horn collaborative designs over the years, none were more prized than the Baby Horns made exclusively for A.G. Russell in the late 1990s. This limited edition Sprint Run replicates that rare model, but with a full-flat-ground VG10 stainless steel blade, dark gray textured G10 scales, and a classic straight stainless pocket clip that provides right-side tip-up carry.

A Spyderco Sprint Run is defined as a limited edition production of any Spyderco product in a configuration different than what has been previously produced. It can include changes in the handle color, materials, blade steel, coatings, etc. The quantity of each Sprint Run is generally 600 or 1,200 pieces, which is determined by Spyderco. Due to the very limited nature of this item and its high demand, we reserve the right to limit the quantity to one per customer.
