Black, silent and totally undetectable! The Non-Metal FGX Tai Pan Knife is a featherweight reproduction of Cold Steel's famous Tai Pan Dagger! It shares all the design features that made the original Tai Pan so popular, including the sure-grip handle shape, the needle sharp point, dual edges and the "skull crushing" pommel. The FGX Tai Pan is made of made from Grivory™-- the latest in fiberglass reinforced plastic, and stronger than even the super tough Zy-Ex we have used in earlier models-- they are UV and heat stabilized, making them impervious to the elements.

One of the most unique features of this knife is it's handle which is made from deeply checkered Kraton that has been molded directly to the blade tang. The Kraton handle offers an excellet, slightly tacky gripping surface that is unaffected by heat, cold, or moisture. It never rusts, warps, cracks or splits even in the most extreme environments.

With the FGX Tai Pan, you have a super-light, full sized knife that you can really get a grip on and can generate tremendous penetration. This large non-metal dagger can be taped, tied or tucked away just about anywhere, and since it's also invisible to metal screening devices, it can easily pass unnoticed through security checks. To complement its covert nature, the Nightshade FGX Tai Pan is totally "Sterile" with no markings to indicate its point of origin.
