Old School Top Quality Knife! Condor makes machetes like your life was going to depend on it. This is a tool for processing wood, cutting vines, grass and other growth and cutting pretty much anything else. The construction of this machete is top notch. Feels and handles extremely well. To me this is the ultimate survival tool. I had to do some sharpening near the handle to get the blade like a razor. The handle has beautiful smooth hardwood scales which I love. I would have to say if you like going into the woods I would carry this machete over any knife 9 inches or longer. Off the bat it is built to process wood better. The size and weight are good enough for carry and the leather sheath is beautiful.
