International Sales Policy

International Sales Policy: We do not process credit card orders from customers outside of the United States or Canada. The payment options are as follows:

(1) International Cashiers Check: You can mail us an International Cashiers Check drawn on a U.S. bank. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Please include shipping charges. Email us at [email protected] for an exact cost, if your order is larger or includes long items such as swords, large fixed blade knives or bulky items.

(2) Western Union Money Transfer You can send us a Western Union money transfer. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. You will need to call or email us for an exact total and further instructions.

International Shipping

Shipping costs depend on carrier, weight and size of the package, value and other factors. We will email you with a shipping cost estimate. Charges can range anywhere from $30 to $150, depending on the order.

Restricted Items. Some items in our catalog are restricted from international shipping. Some restrictions vary by country. The below list of items is subject to change without notice.

International Sales Conditions

Customers wishing to purchase from must agree to certain conditions. If you do not agree to one or more of the following conditions, we will be unable to ship to you.

  • Pay all shipping fees
  • Pay any and all taxes, duties, etc.
  • Pay via Western Union Money Transfer
  • If items get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not accountable, and cannot give a refund.
  • Understand their own/carry laws in their country and have proper permits were applicable
  • Pay all shipping fees for returns & exchanges, as well as warranty work

Please note that we do not falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and exact values, in accordance with national and federal laws. If you believe that your items will be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, we urge you to carefully consider this.

OsoGrandeKnives will insure packages and file claims where applicable. Claims for USPS shipments that are lost or damaged in transit take approximately will be processed 30-45 days after the package is shipped and purchaser will be reimbursed once the payment has been received by OsoGrandeKnives.
