"Pre-Order" means that the item you are interested in purchasing is not yet available from the manufacturer (supplier).
You may leave your order in Pre-Order status at no cost to you to ensure your place in line when the item becomes available.
When the item becomes available from our supplier, we will charge and ship it.
If there has been a price increase on any item at the time the item becomes available, we will adjust the price on your order to reflect the current price of that item(s). Pre-production products often change during the course of production and materials are upgraded or the cost of production increases. Placing an item on Pre-Order does not lock in the price at the time of the sale.
If you would like this item to be placed into Pre-Order status, simply place your order as normal and we will email you the status of the item. If you place this item on a multi-item order, we will also notify you of the Pre-Order status and give you the option to separate it from the remainder of the order or leave the order in tact and be notified upon the availability of the Pre-Order item. Please note that splitting an order will incur an additional shipping fee.
If you would like to be notified before we charge and ship the order, please place a note in the notes field upon checkout that you would like to be notified, otherwise the above policy will be implemented.
