This knife is sharp and holds a sharp edge. It is nothing fancy but it does the job and it is made to last forever. I use it to cut potatoes and other veggies. Highly recommend.

I have used this knife for at least 20 years as my go-to kitchen knife, package opening knife, and many more uses. The blade is thin, but strong, holds a great edge.

What is so great about this knife, is the plastic handle, it fits the hand so beautifully and comfortably. I understand this to be a tomato canner's knife, and I can easily imagine that, as it is ergonomic, thin, and easily sharpened. I believe a person could use it hours on end, as professional canners probably do.
