The Bastinelli Creations Diagnostic Karambit is a vicious-looking little karambit if you are looking for a concealable, defensive blade. The Diagnostic is a tactical backup tool that will give you confidence when the chips are down. It features a 1.5 inch blade made from N690C stainless steel with a ring hole for a rock solid grip. The Diagnostic Karambit comes complete with a Kydex sheath for secure carry. The sheath has multiple eyelets which enable the knife to be attached to your gear, worn on the belt or worn as a neck knife. Manufactured by Fox Knives in Italy and designed by Bastinelli Creations.
