The Du Hoc was built on an American hero's legacy. It wasn't until half a century after he served, that Forged by War designer Austin McGlaun discovered his grandfather won the Silver Star at Pointe du Hoc. To honor his service, he designed this colossal karambit fixed blade knife. With the help of Ryan Johnson of RMJ Tactical, it's been perfected as a mission-inspired eye catcher from the tip of the recurved blade to the thumb ring at the end of the handle.

The CRKT Du Hoc is a battle worthy karambit with a tough SK5 carbon steel blade and a textured G-10 handle. A portion of all profits from this knife go to support Austin McGlaun's Charity of choice, Purple Heart Homes.

This is very well made karambit. It is a little big for edc carry but I knew what I was purchasing and it fits in my front pocket just fine. I really don't like the tec-lock because it causes the karambit to ride high on the side and there is limited carry configurations. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!!
