Byrd Knives are a new species of knives and pocket tools designed, produced and imported by Spyderco Knives. Byrd Knives feature 8Cr13Mov Stainless Steel blades. 8Cr13Mov blade steel is similar to AUS-8 in its properties and performance. It contains both molybdenum (enhances strength, and hardness) and vanadium (enhances wear resistance and toughness) and has .8% carbon content. Bought couple of knives from osogrande knives. Knives we're packaged well, with boxes in perfect shape. Bought Spyderco Introvert recently. Great knife, best price around. Shipping was the fastest, but far, of any knife company I have used. Will certainly use them for any knife purchase in future.
