If you are new to these blades, the #22 is by far the most popular blade in this size group.
I purchased these for my first year Gross Anatomy Lab in medical school. 100 is more than enough blades for a semester long course. The blades did not break easily and remained sharp for a reasonable amount of time. They are also individually wrapped, which gives you a nice sheath for the blade you are taking off, so you can dispose of it safely.
