The handle is lightweight, with a hollow broad handle grip. Length is 5-7/8". Your order includes one #8 handle.

This stainless steel handle is well crafted with an ergonomic style that fits your hand well, without being much heavier than a traditional scalpel handle.

Combined with a blade, it is perfect for a first aid or emergency kit. It is high quality, light, and comfortable to use. And inexpensive.

This is all you really need. Nothing to break or wear out as it is a one piece handle. The grip is comfortable. I use the thicker NS70XT blades.

I really like the exchangeable blade knives but I especially like this handle because it is solid and comfortable and there is no frame flex that you get with the Piranta folder. It uses the same XT60 blades and it works great and costs about 1/3 the price.
