The GATCO Knife Clamp/Honing Guide has six sharpening angle choices (30, 25, 22, 19, 15 and 11 degrees) and finger screws that adjust easily without the need of a coin or screwdriver.
I like this sharpening system very much. Easy to use and it does a great job on all styles of knives. I bought this part because somehow I managed to lose the knife holder. Good price, shipped quick. Thank you!
