I have several portable sharpener's, along with a Spyderco stick and Works motorized belt style. This C-Sharp is going to let them all collect dust! Once you have a nice edge on your knife, this will easily maintain it without taking material away from your blade. This is likely the best portable sharpener you can buy.
I seldom leave reviews, but this Lansky C-Sharp knife sharpen is the best sharpen Ive used in my life. Ive used wet rocks, hand held kitchen sharpeners, super expensive guaranteed to work and everything in between and none of them compare to this. It lets you step down through the different angles to help achieve the sharpest blade youll ever get.
