This Forschner Hamburger Turner has a polypropylene handle that allows for easy cleaning of grease and carbon from a long day's grilling. Its stainless steel blade is beveled and can be sharpened on 3 sides, allowing you to get underneath the most charred-on pieces of meat.

If you have never used a Victorinox spatula you are in for a pleasant surprise. These spatulas are very stiff and sturdy and will quickly become your go to tools for the frying pan (I use cast iron). They scrap and cut great. If your wondering if you should buy one, just do it! You will never go back to the cheesy ones you used before you found these gems.

Thanks for such great service before AND during the sale. Y'all had a great attitude when I was asking a dozen questions and although I know and respect that your time is money I never felt hurried. It was like I was your only customer.
