If you have never used a Victorinox spatula you are in for a pleasant surprise. These spatulas are very stiff and sturdy and will quickly become your go to tools for the frying pan (I use cast iron). They scrap and cut great. If your wondering if you should buy one, just do it! You will never go back to the cheesy ones you used before you found these gems.
A really heavy duty grill turner that fit our needs perfectly, The stainless steel is very thick and durable. With the solid wood handle it will be around a long time.
I purchased this grill turner after I bought a cast iron flat top griddle. It's held up well to the high heat and scraping inherent to cooking on a flat top. I have washed it in the dishwasher before, but prefer to hand wash, due to the grain of the wood becoming a bit rough in the dishwasher. I also like to apply a coat of mineral oil to the handle to keep the wood in good condition.
