Ontario 1420 Econo Model Strap Cutter w/ Sheath. The Ontario Econo ASEK Strap Cutter / Emergency tool is super flat tool and is lime green finished. The Strap Cutter features two replaceable blades. This is the ideal tool for Emergency Rescue personnel to safely and quickly cut seatbelts. The high strength machined aluminum handle, will not melt or shatter and has a lanyard/bead for ease in finding & removing tool. Finger grooves and hand catch provide sightless orientation. Includes a built in oxygen valve, a Nylon sheath and a shatter proof Titanium Nitride edged replacement blade.
