The Ontario Strap Cutter/Rescue Tool is a super flat tool with an attractive coyote brown finish. The Strap Cutter features a replaceable razor sharp blade that makes easy work of cutting seat belts and straps. This is the ideal tool for First Responders and Emergency Rescue personnel to safely and quickly cut seatbelts. The replaceable razor blade also works great for opening those stubborn MRE pouches. The high strength machined aluminum handle on this seatbelt cutter, will not melt or shatter. An oxygen wrench is machined into the handle. Finger grooves and hand catch provide sightless orientation. Includes a flame retardant MOLLE compatible sheath.
