The Rough Rider G-10 Pack Knife is a lightweight tactical knife made from one-piece G-10 fiberglass laminate. It's strong, sharp, and impervious to moisture and can be sharpened with sandpaper when the need arises. G10 is one of the best materials for constructing non-metallic knives because of it's strength, ultra-lightweight and because it can be sharpened to a keen cutting edge for self defense purposes.
This G10 Knife measures 6 7/8 inches overall. 3 inch blade. One piece G-10 fiberglass laminate construction with a fingergrooved skeletonized handle. I choose this blade because it is made from G10, which is better material than most of the other non-metal knives. I also like that it is thin and flat as I carry it concealed in a custom Kydex sheath that I made. The blade is sharp and I dont cut anything with it so it stays that way. It is completely hidden and always ready for use.

Love it! It has the sharpest edge of all my non detectable blades. It is a feather light weight. It is strong. It is a good price. I also purchased the optional nylon sheath for it and it makes it easy to carry concealed on my belt. Shipping was fast.

I liked the way it cuts my brownies. The knife is made of G-10 and works good in a non stick baking sheet. The knife doesn%u2019t scratch my baking pans or my cooking sheets.

Side note if your needing a sheath buy a piece of kydex and make it yourself. You will save money and if you buy a sheath it may have metal grommets, instead use zip ties.

Pretty good for my application - self defense when you can't carry a metal knife. It's got a light one piece design that seems fairly durable. Pros: Lightweight, no metal, fairly small and flat, tip feels sturdy for puncturing material Con: Blade not very good for slicing, hard to keep a sharp edge, handle is pretty small and poor shape for holding, might be brittle and snap if bending force applied Overall better as visual deterrent and stabbing tool then trying to use as an actual knife in self defense, but better than nothing!

This is a great product - takes an edge, and after having it tested through both a walk thru and package scanner, it IS non-detectable! Great concealed carry defensive weapon. Bought 2 - one for my son!

Love it! Super lightweight and does not trigger metal detectors. It holds a decent edge and it is easy to sharpen and carry. My only complaint is that I wish it had a sheath.
