92SF: Special Forces Shovel
The Special Forces Shovel is modeled after the original Soviet Spetznaz shovel. The Spetznaz soldiers made up the most elite unit in the Soviet Army. The U.S. equivalent would be our Green Berets. The shovel head and socket are forged from medium carbon steel, then heat treated for maximum strength. The edges come sharpened to a utility/axe edge that can easily be improved to razor sharpness.
The Special Forces Shovel comes complete with a specially made Cor-Ex sheath. The sheath features an extra wide belt loop. The sheath and the shovel are available for sale as a stand alone items.
The Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel is modeled after the Soviet Spetsnaz shovel. It features a black coated medium carbon steel shovel head 5/64" thick and 6" wide. The shovel head has three sharp edges. The handle is a heavy-duty hardwood. 19 11/16" overall, 26.6oz. A nylon sheath is sold separately.

It was here on time the edges have been pre sharpened and the handle is very strong it will suit my needs very well. this tool can take the place of several items in an emergency and lighten the load and take less room if space is an issue.
Awsome product!!! Everyone shoud definitely have one in their bugout bag! It has a sharp edge for chopping. It digs like a dream. And even last winter our car got stuck and I used it to clear out the snow and ice and we set our car free! Its even a great thrower too!
Great Product I love it!!! Every Body should have this product
This heavy-duty version of the Spetsnaz E-tool (shovel) is an extremely versatile tool. Digging, chopping, throwing, camping, stowage under your truck/car seat, improvised weapon, etc... I keep one in each vehicle as part of my "Bug-Out" gear.
My advice is that this is not designed for Hiking or walking around as it is cumbersome to carry. Also, unless it is safely stowed in or on a backpack, an accidental slip-n-fall even though it is in the sheath (by the way the sheath is sold separately) while on the move, has the potential for incurring a serious injury because sheath carry is cumbersome. The sheath will help save you from cuts-not breaks. Super well made and highly functional.
